Recipe provided by the Iowa Turkey Marketing Council.
1. Wash hands.
2. Place one tortilla on a plate. Spread 1 tablespoon ranch dressing on each tortilla. On top of each tortilla place 2 ounces sliced turkey, 1 tablespoon shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon sunflower kernels and 2 tablespoons of shredded lettuce. Position the ingredients to 1/2-inch of the edges.
3. Fold in two sides of tortilla. Next roll it up and secure with a toothpick.
4. Repeat process for remaining tortilla shells.
5. Serve wraps cold.
