Whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Cover and store in refrigerator for service.
Toss together lettuce, Feta, scallions, oranges and turkey. Drizzle 1 cup vinaigrette over salad and toss.
Drizzle remaining vinaigrette over cherries and toss to coat.
Arrange salads on entree plates or in shallow bowls. Sprinkle with cherries.
