Blend cream cheese with green chiles, pimentos, onion, cilantro, hot red pepper sauce, salt, cumin, and garlic powder thoroughly.
Gently blend in turkey.
Spread 6 ounces of turkey/cream cheese mixture on each flour tortilla and roll up tightly. Wrap each roll with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
When thoroughly chilled, slice each roll in 1/2-inch slices, discarding ends. Yields about 150 slices. Arrange slices on platter and serve with taco sauce for dipping.
