| Marinade Rub |
| 8 Ounces canned tomatoes, drained |
| 2-1/4 Tablespoons chili powder |
| 1-1/2 Tablespoons canned green chilies, diced |
| 1-1/2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar |
| 1 Tablespoon dark brown sugar |
| 1 Tablespoon honey |
| 1/2 Teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne |
| 3 Cloves garlic, minced |
| 2 Tablespoon olive oil |

- Puree all ingredients, except oil, in food processor. Pulse until blended. Slowly add oil in a steady stream.
