Herb Spiced Mayonnaise
1 .6-Oz. Packet dry herb Italian salad dressing mix
5 Ounces mayonnaise
 
  1. Blend dry herb Italian salad dressing mix with mayonnaise. Cover and chill.
 
Sandwich
12 Thin slices sourdough bread, toasted

8 Ounces TURKEY SALAMI, thinly sliced
2 Small ripe avocados, peeled and thinly sliced
8 Ounces TURKEY BOLOGNA, thinly sliced
2 Small yellow tomatoes, thinly sliced
8 Ounces TURKEY HAM, thinly sliced
As needed radiccio leaves, washed, dried and chilled
8 cherry tomatoes

  1. Lay 12 slices of bread on a flat surface and spread each with herb mayonnaise.
  2. Layer 4 slices of bread with 2 ounces salami and 2 thin slices avocado.
  3. Lay a second slice of bread on top of avocado slices.
  4. Top with 2 ounces bologna, 2 slices tomatoes and 2 ounces turkey ham.
  5. Top with radiccio leaves and a final slice of bread.
  6. Frill each half of sandwich with a cherry tomato and slice on the diagonal into 2 triangles.
