| 3 Pounds, 12 Ounces SPLIT TURKEY BREAST, sliced 3/8-inch thick |
| 20 Each kaiser roll, split horizontally |
| 1 Pound, 4 Ounces TURKEY HAM, shaved |
| 1 Pound, 4 Ounces Monterey Jack cheese, sliced |
| 15 Ounces teriyaki sauce, warm |
| |
- Cook breast slices on a preheated 385 degree F oiled grill, until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Grill cut surfaces of kaiser roll until golden.
- Meanwhile, arrange 1 ounce of turkey ham on grill and place 1 ounce of cheese on top. Cook for about 1 minute, until cheese begins to melt.
- Place turkey steak on bottom of grilled roll and top with turkey ham, cheese, 3/4 ounce teriyaki sauce and top half of roll.
- Place a frilled toothpick in both sides and cut in half to serve.

| Teriyaki sauce |
| 1/3 Cup soy sauce |
| 1-1/4 Cups TURKEY STOCK |
| 1/4 Cup sherry wine |
| 1/4 Cup cornstarch |
| 1 Cup water |
| 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder |
| 3 Tablespoons sugar |
| 1/8 Teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1/4 Teaspoon onion powder |

- Heat soy sauce, stock and sherry to boiling. Blend cornstarch in water and whisk into sauce. Simmer, stirring often for 3-4 minutes.
- Blend garlic powder, sugar, ginger and onion powder. Add to sauce and continue cooking 2-3 minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
