| 4 Ounces commercial broccoli slaw, shredded |
| 4 Ounces red cabbage, shredded |
| 6 Ounces Swiss cheese, grated |
| 3 Ounces commercial Thousand Island dressing |
| 1 Tablespoon honey style mustard |
| 1 Teaspoon celery seed, crushed |
| 16 Slices rye bread |
| 2 Pounds TURKEY PASTRAMI, thinly sliced |
| As needed miniature dill pickles |

- In a medium bowl, toss broccoli slaw, cabbage, Swiss cheese, dressing, mustard and celery seeds. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Add extra dressing if desired.
- Layer bread slices with 4 ounces turkey pastrami. Top with portion of cabbage/cheese mixture. Top with bread slice.
- Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
- Add miniature dill pickles to the frill picks prior to placing into sandwich.
- Cut each sandwich on the diagonal.
