| Ingredients |
| 1-3/4 Pound TURKEY DRUMSTICKS, skin removed |
| 1/2 Teaspoon paprika |
| 1 Medium onion, sliced |
| 1/2 Cup orange juice concentrate |
| 1/3 Cup water |
| 2 Tablespoons brown sugar |
| 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley |
| 2 Teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce |
| 1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1 orange, optional |
| fresh parsley, optional |

- Place turkey drumsticks in Dutch oven or roasting pan. Sprinkle with paprika and arrange onion slices over turkey.
- In a medium bowl, combine juice concentrate, water, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce and ginger. Pour over turkey and onions.
- Cover pan and bake at 400 degrees F for 1 to 1-1/4 hours; basting with pan juices. Turkey is done when a meat thermometer inserted in deepest part of the drumstick reaches 180 degrees F.
- Slice turkey from bone and combine with sauce before serving. Garnish with orange twists and parsley. Serve with long grain white rice if desired.
- NOTE: Best if served on the same day as preparation.
