1/2 Teaspoon  chili powder
1 Cup  chopped celery
1/4 Teaspoon  coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon  dried oregano leaves, crushed

1 Pound  fresh chorizo sausage
1/2 Teaspoon  garlic salt
1 Medium  jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 Large  onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 (16-Ounce)  package cornbread stuffing crumbs
1/2 Medium  red bell pepper, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)
15 Ounces  TURKEY BROTH or low sodium chicken broth
1/4 Cup  unsalted butter
1 (14-Pound)  WHOLE TURKEY, thawed if frozen
