4 Tablespoons  guacamole
4  Hamburger buns, split and toasted
1 Tablespoon  honey
4 Slices  reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, (1 ounce each)
1/2 Teaspoon  salt
To Taste  salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 Cup  spicy taco sauce
1 Pound  TURKEY BREAST CUTLETS, pounded to an even thickness
As needed  Vegetable cooking spray
