1 Tablespoon  prepared cranberry horseradish mustard
40 Slices  raisin bread, toasted
4 Ounces  red cabbage, shredded
1-/12 Pounds  ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced
16 Slices  rye bread
1-1/4 Pounds  sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
5 Pounds  SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
6 Ounces  Swiss cheese, grated
4 to 5  Tender arugula leaves, well washed, dried and chilled
4 (4-Ounce)  TURKEY BURGERS
2 Pounds  TURKEY PASTRAMI, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup  unsalted butter, softened
