3 Cups  dry breadcrumbs
13 Each  eggs, large
As needed  fresh fruit for garnish
3 Tablespoons  fresh oregano, minced
1/2 Bunch  fresh parsley, minced

1/2 Teaspoon  freshly cracked black pepper
