3 Pounds  TURKEY, skin removed and cut into bite-size strips
4 Fluid Ounces  unsalted butter
2-2/3 Quarts  unsweetened coconut milk
1-1/2 Pounds  white Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Pounds  whole carrots, peeled and grated
45  whole wheat rolls, split and toasted
2 Pounds  yellow onions, 1/4-inch dice
