6 Cloves  garlic, chopped
2 Quarts  half and half cream
2 Medium  jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped fine
3 Stalks  lemon grass, cleaned and chopped
1 Tablespoon  minced fresh garlic
As Needed  olive oil
1/3 Cup  olive oil
1 Teaspoon  rice wine vinegar
2 Pounds  ROASTED BONE-IN TURKEY BREAST
1/2 Cup  roasted unsalted cashews, chopped
To Taste  salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/2 Cup  shiitake mushrooms, cleaned, sliced and sautéed
1 Teaspoon  soy sauce
1/2 Cup  spring onions, finely sliced
2 Quarts  TURKEY BROTH
2 Medium  white onions, chopped
