1 Tablespoon  fresh ground black pepper
12 Ounces  fresh honey
1 Tablespoon  fresh parsley, chopped
6 Sprigs  fresh thyme
3 Cloves  garlic, minced
Pinch  ground cayenne pepper
4  Kaiser rolls, split and warmed
1/2 Cup  lettuce, shredded
2 Tablespoons  light or regular mayonnaise
4 Tablespoons  mild salsa
1/4 Cup  olive oil
1 Medium  onion, small dice
1 Tablespoon  prepared cilantro pesto
1  ripe avocado, peeled, sliced

 turkey bones, roasted, (from 2 bone-in turkey carcass)
