2 Teaspoons  fresh oregano, minced
2 Teaspoons  fresh thyme, minced
1/4 Teaspoon  freshly ground black pepper
1 Pound  green beans, ends trimmed
5  large sweet red onions, peeled and cut into wedges
 Marinated Red Onions
1 Teaspoon  minced fresh garlic
18 Ounces  Muenster cheese, sliced
2 Cups  olive oil
2 Teaspoons  olive oil
1/2 Cup  olive oil
24 Slices  pumpernickel or caraway bread
3 Each  red onions, sliced thin
10 Each  red, yellow and green bell peppers, seeded & cut into 3/4-inch squares
1 Teaspoon  salt
3 Pounds  SMOKED TURKEY HAM, thinly sliced
5 Pounds  TURKEY BREAST, cubed
2 Teaspoons  white pepper
3 Tablespoons  white wine vinegar
