1 Tablespoon  jalapeno chiles, finely diced
2 Medium  mangos, peeled and chopped
1 Tablespoon  margarine
Pinch  nutmeg
1-1/2 Ounces  olive oil
As needed  onion rings
1/4 Cup  orange marmalade
1 Recipe  Pesto sauce
1 Large  red onion, chopped fine
2 Cups  Roma tomatoes, chopped
 salt
To Taste  salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 Recipe  Smoked Sausage Stuffing
12 Large  strawberries, cored and quartered
1 4-6 pounds  TURKEY BREAST, boning instructions defined below
2 Pounds  TURKEY MEAT, chopped or diced
1/2 Gallon  TURKEY STOCK
1 Ounce  white pepper
1 Pound  yellow onion, diced
