1-1/2 Pounds  Cheddar cheese sauce
2 Tablespoons  chili powder
1/4 Cup  chili powder
3 Quarts  cold water
1 Pound  corn tortillas, chopped in 1/2-inch cubes
7  cucumbers, medium, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 Tablespoons  cumin powder
1-1/2 Teaspoons  dried oregano
1/4 Cup  fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Ounces  fresh jalapeņos, seeded and small dice
1/4 Cup  fresh lemon juice
2 Tablespoons  freshly squeezed lemon juice
1-1/2 Tablespoons  garlic paste
3 Tablespoons  garlic, minced
1-1/2 Tablespoons  ginger paste
2 Teaspoons  ground cumin
1 Teaspoon  hot pepper sauce
7  jalapenos, seeded and minced
4 Ounces  old fashioned biscuit gravy mix
1/4 Cup  olive oil
3 Pounds  plain yogurt

1 Large  sweet onion, quartered
1-1/2 Pounds  tomato puree
7  tomatoes, medium, seeded and chopped
25 8 Ounces each  TURKEY BONE-IN CHOP
4 Pounds  TURKEY PARTS (wings, legs, thighs, breast)
1 Pound  unsalted butter
1-1/2 Cups  vegetable oil
1 Pound  yellow onions, diced
