Ultimate T-Day Leftovers Sandwich
| Horseradish Mayonnaise |
| 1/4 Cup mayonnaise |
| 1/4 Teaspoon prepared horseradish |

- Mix together. Cover and refrigerate.

| Sandwich Assembly |
| 8 Slices 12-grain bread |
| As needed red leaf lettuce, cleaned, drained and chilled |
| 1 Pound COOKED or OVEN ROASTED TURKEY, cut into slices |
| 1/2 Cup leftover cranberry orange relish |
| 4 (1/4-Inch thick) slices leftover cooked TURKEY SAUSAGE dressing |
| 1 Thin slice red onion |
| |
- For each sandwich, spread a thin layer of horseradish mayonnaise on bread slices and top one bread slice with red leaf lettuce leaves.
- Pile on 4 ounces leftover cooked turkey breast slices. Top with a scoop of cranberry-orange relish.
- Cover relish with slices of turkey sausage dressing.
- Separate red onion slices into rings and cover sausage dressing with 3-4 red onion rings.
- Add the top bread slice and serve immediately.
