Quick and Hearty Turkey Chili
| 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 Pound LEAN GROUND TURKEY |
| 28 Ounces chopped stewed tomatoes, undrained |
| 15 Ounces spicy chili beans |
| 1 Tablespoon chili powder |
| |
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Crumble and cook turkey until no longer pink, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Immediately reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
