Pepper Jack Turkey Burger
| 4 (4-Ounce) WHITE MEAT TURKEY BURGERS |
| 4 sandwich rolls, prefer focaccia or ciabatta |
| 1/2 Cup mayonnaise |
| 4 Slices Pepper Jack cheese |
| 8 Slices red ripe tomato |
| 4 to 8 Leaves green leaf lettuce, washed, drained and chilled |

- Oil grill rack and preheat grill or broiler.
- Grill or broil turkey burgers, 4 inches from the heat, to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Split, butter and lightly grill rolls.
- Evenly spread mayonnaise on top and bottom of rolls.
- About 30 seconds prior to removing turkey burgers from grill, top each with cheese. Cover with grill lid to allow heat to melt cheese.
- Place turkey burgers on rolls and layer with tomato slices and lettuce. Cover with top roll halves.
