Turkey and Potato Chip Skewers

2 Pounds TURKEY CUTLETS, cut into 3/4" cubes
3/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/4 Cup whole milk
3 Cups plain potato chips, crushed
2 Cups prepared guacamole or onion dip
 
  1. Soak wooden skewers in cold water or use metal skewers.
  2. Thread 3 turkey cubes onto each skewer.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and milk together.
  4. Roll turkey, first in mayonnaise mix, then coat with potato chip crumbs.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven until cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, rotating skewers to allow for even browning.
  6. Serve with guacamole or onion dip. Serve 2 to 3 skewers per plate.
  7. Also makes a fun entree for children to help prepare.
