Turkey and Potato Chip Skewers
| 2 Pounds TURKEY CUTLETS, cut into 3/4" cubes |
| 3/4 Cup mayonnaise |
| 1/4 Cup whole milk |
| 3 Cups plain potato chips, crushed |
| 2 Cups prepared guacamole or onion dip |

- Soak wooden skewers in cold water or use metal skewers.
- Thread 3 turkey cubes onto each skewer.
- Mix mayonnaise and milk together.
- Roll turkey, first in mayonnaise mix, then coat with potato chip crumbs.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven until cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, rotating skewers to allow for even browning.
- Serve with guacamole or onion dip. Serve 2 to 3 skewers per plate.
- Also makes a fun entree for children to help prepare.
