Turkey Pepperoni Flatbread Thin Crust Pizza
| 1 (2-Ounce) Italian Herb flatbread |
| As needed olive oil cooking spray |
| 1/2 Cup pizza sauce |
| 3 Ounces thinly sliced TURKEY PEPPERONI |
| 1 Cup shredded Mozzarella and Provolone, Italian cheese blend |
| 1/4 Teaspoon dried oregano |
| |
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Lightly coat both sides of flatbread with olive oil cooking spray. Place on large nonstick baking sheet.
- To crisp flatbread, bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
- Spread pizza sauce over partially baked flatbread, spreading to the edges. Arrange pepperoni slices evenly across flatbread. Sprinkle with cheese and oregano.
- Return pizza to oven and continue to bake 8 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts and all ingredients are hot.
- Cut into 16 wedges or squares.
