| Cilantro Pesto Mayo |
| 2 Tablespoons light or regular mayonnaise |
| 1 Tablespoon prepared cilantro pesto |

- Combine mayonnaise and cilantro pesto in small bowl; mix well.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator.

| Turkey Burgers |
| 4 (4-Ounce) seasoned lean TURKEY BURGER PATTIES |
| 4 (1-Ounce) slices Pepper Jack cheese |
| 4 Kaiser rolls, split and warmed |
| 1 ripe avocado, peeled, sliced |
| 4 Tablespoons mild salsa |

- Preheat grill or broiler.
- Arrange turkey burger patties on grill rack or in broiler pan. Cook, over direct heat, 4 inches from heat source. Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes per side or until center is no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning once.
- Add cheese to patties during last minute of broiling.
- Toast Kaiser rolls.
- Top turkey burgers with mayonnaise mixture.
- Serve burgers on rolls with avocado and salsa.
