Cilantro Pesto Mayo
2 Tablespoons light or regular mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon prepared cilantro pesto
 
  1. Combine mayonnaise and cilantro pesto in small bowl; mix well.
  2. Cover and chill in refrigerator.
 
Turkey Burgers
4 (4-Ounce) seasoned lean TURKEY BURGER PATTIES
4 (1-Ounce) slices Pepper Jack cheese
4 Kaiser rolls, split and warmed
1 ripe avocado, peeled, sliced
4 Tablespoons mild salsa
 
  1. Preheat grill or broiler.
  2. Arrange turkey burger patties on grill rack or in broiler pan. Cook, over direct heat, 4 inches from heat source. Grill or broil 4 to 5 minutes per side or until center is no longer pink and internal temperature reaches 165°F, turning once.
  3. Add cheese to patties during last minute of broiling.
  4. Toast Kaiser rolls.
  5. Top turkey burgers with mayonnaise mixture.
  6. Serve burgers on rolls with avocado and salsa.
