Caribbean Turkey Burgers with Fruit Salsa

Fruit Salsa
1 Medium ripe peach, peeled and diced
1 Medium ripe nectarine, peeled and diced
8 Large strawberries, caps removed and diced
1/4 Cup minced red onion
2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 Teaspoon minced jalepeno pepper
 
  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
 
Turkey Burgers
8 pre-made TURKEY BURGERS, garlic and pepper flavor preferred
8 Kaiser rolls, split and lightly toasted
 
  1. Grill or broil turkey burgers, using medium direct heat, about 4-inches from the heat to 165 degrees F.
  2. Place cooked turkey burgers on buns. Top each with 2 tablespoons Caribbean fruit salsa.
  3. Serve remaining fruit salsa with turkey burgers.
