Lemon Garlic Kabobs
| 1/4 Cup light Italian dressing |
| 1 (30-Ounce) Package LEMON GARLIC TURKEY BREAST TENDERLOIN, cut into 1-1/4 inch cubes |
| 1 Large red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes |
| 1 Small red onion, cut into thin wedges |
| 1 Cup grape or cherry tomatoes |
| 1/2 Cup pineapple chunks, well drained |
| |
- Prepare grill or preheat broiler for direct grilling. Set aside a small amount of Italian dressing to brush on kabobs while grilling or broiling. Alternately thread cubed turkey, vegetables and pineapple onto skewers. Brush kabobs with remaining Italian dressing.
- Grill or broil about 5-inches from heat source for 6 minutes. Turn and brush with reserved Italian dressing and continue grilling for 7 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center and reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Serve kabobs with rice.
