Easy Meatball Stroganoff
| 1 (1.5 Ounce) Packet stroganoff sauce mix |
| 1-1/2 Pounds FULLY COOKED ITALIAN-STYLE TURKEY MEATBALLS |
| 1 Cup fat-free sour cream |
| 12 Ounces broad egg noodles, cooked and drained according to package directions |
| 1/3 Cup chopped fresh parsley |
| |
- Whisk sauce mix into cold water to blend. Pour into a large skillet. Add meatballs and stir to coat all surfaces. Bring to a boil.
- Immediately reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes until meatballs are hot throughout.
- Remove from heat; stir in sour cream.
- Serve over noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
