Herb-Cheese Stuffed Focaccia
| 1 (5.2-Ounces) container soft cheese with garlic and herbs |
| 1 Whole herb or onion-flavored focaccia, cut in half lengthwise |
| 1/3 Cup red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1/2 Cup green salad olives, drained and coarsely chopped |
| 1/4 Cup mild banana pepper slices, drained |
| 4 Ounces TURKEY SALAMI, thinly sliced |
| 8 Ounces OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin |
| 1 Package (2/3-Ounce) fresh basil leaves |
| |
- Spread soft cream cheese over both cut sides of focaccia. Top with bottom half evenly in the following order: onion, olives, pepper slices, salami, turkey and basil leaves. Place top focaccia half over basil and press down firmly.
- Cut in 4 equal pieces. Serve immediately or wrap individually with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
