Greenback Stacker Turkey Sandwich
| 24 Slices whole grain bread |
| 2-1/4 Pounds guacamole |
| 3 Pounds OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced |
| 6 Cups baby spinach leaves, loosely packed |
| 12 Ounces Havarti dill cheese, thinly sliced |
| 18 Ounces English cucumber, thinly sliced |
| |
- Place 12 bread slices on a flat surface and spread each with 3 tablespoons guacamole.
- Arrange 4 ounces turkey breast over bread slices and top with a layer of spinach leaves.
- Cover with Havarti cheese and cucumber slices.
- Top each sandwich with another slice of bread.
