Little Turkey Meatloaves
| 1 Pound GROUND TURKEY |
| 1/2 cup Minute rice, uncooked |
| 1 10-ounce can condensed vegetable soup |
| |
- Wash hands.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Gently mix ground turkey, rice and soup in a medium size bowl. Combine well.
- Spray 12 large muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon turkey mixture into muffin tins.
- Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the internal temperture reaches 165 degrees F.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
