Little Turkey Meatloaves

1 Pound GROUND TURKEY
1/2 cup Minute rice, uncooked
1 10-ounce can condensed vegetable soup
 
  1. Wash hands.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Gently mix ground turkey, rice and soup in a medium size bowl. Combine well.
  4. Spray 12 large muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon turkey mixture into muffin tins.
  5. Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the internal temperture reaches 165 degrees F.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
