|2 Drops liquid smoke|
|2 Teaspoons salt|
|1-1/4 Teaspoons dried sage leaves|
|1 Teaspoon sugar|

|1 Teaspoon poultry seasonings|
|1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper|
|1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper|
|1/4 Teaspoon dried parsley|
|1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder|
|1/4 Teaspoon coriander|
|1/2 Teaspoon paprika|
|1/4 Teaspoon dried marjoram|
|1 Tablespoon dehydrated minced onion|
|Pinch ground allspice|
