| 2 Drops liquid smoke |
| 2 Teaspoons salt |
| 1-1/4 Teaspoons dried sage leaves |
| 1 Teaspoon sugar |
| 1/2 Teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1 Teaspoon poultry seasonings |
| 1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
| 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper |
| 1/4 Teaspoon dried parsley |
| 1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/4 Teaspoon coriander |
| 1/2 Teaspoon paprika |
| 1/4 Teaspoon dried marjoram |
| 1 Tablespoon dehydrated minced onion |
| Pinch ground allspice |
| Pinch ground cloves |
| Pinch ground nutmeg |
