| 1 Teaspoon olive oil |
| 1 Large clove garlic, minced |
| 1/2 Cup onion, finely chopped |
| 1 Small green bell pepper, seeded and diced |
| 1 Small red bell pepper, seeded and diced |
| 1 Small yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced |
| 2 Tablespoons parsley, chopped |
| 1 Teaspoon lemon zest, freshly grated |
| 1 Teaspoon lime zest, freshly grated |
| 2 Each (3/4 pound each) TURKEY TENDERLOINS, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
| 1 Teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
| 1 Teaspoon fresh lime juice |
| 1/2 Teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper |

- Combine oil and garlic in 10-inch round glass pie plate. Microwave uncovered on HIGH for 1 minute.
- Add onion and diced peppers. Cover with plastic wrap; leave one corner open for vent; microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to small bowl.
- Add parsley, lemon and lime zest to pepper/onion mixture; mix well.
- Arrange turkey pieces in pie plate with thickest pieces placed around the outer edge. Sprinkle turkey with lemon and lime juices, salt and pepper.
- Cover with vented plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Turn turkey slices over, re-cover with plastic wrap; microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes. Microwave until turkey is cooked through.
- Arrange turkey slices on serving plates. Spoon citrus/pepper topping on turkey. Serve immediately.
