Supreme Turkey Sausage Pizza
| Ingredients |
| 1 Teaspoon olive oil |
| 1 Pound frozen bread or pizza dough, thawed |
| 1/2 Cup pizza sauce |
| 6 Ounces ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE, casings removed, cooked & crumbled |
| 4 Medium button mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed & sliced |
| 1 Small sweet onion, sliced thin |
| 1 Small green bell pepper, seeded & cut into 1-inch strips |
| 1 Teaspoon dried oregano |
| 4 Ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
| 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated |
| |
- Heat oven to 500 degrees F.
- Lightly oil 10-inch round pan. Roll out dough according to package directions; press into prepared pan.
- Brush dough with oil. Spread pizza sauce on dough. Top with cooked sausage. Arrange mushrooms, onion and green pepper evenly over sausage.
- Sprinkle evenly with oregano and cheeses.
- Bake until crust is browned and crisp, 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
- Makes one 10-inch pizza with 4-6 appetizer or kid's portions.
