Supreme Turkey Sausage Pizza

Ingredients
1 Teaspoon olive oil
1 Pound frozen bread or pizza dough, thawed
1/2 Cup pizza sauce
6 Ounces ITALIAN TURKEY SAUSAGE, casings removed, cooked & crumbled
4 Medium button mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed & sliced
1 Small sweet onion, sliced thin
1 Small green bell pepper, seeded & cut into 1-inch strips
1 Teaspoon dried oregano
4 Ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 
  1. Heat oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Lightly oil 10-inch round pan. Roll out dough according to package directions; press into prepared pan.
  3. Brush dough with oil. Spread pizza sauce on dough. Top with cooked sausage. Arrange mushrooms, onion and green pepper evenly over sausage.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with oregano and cheeses.
  5. Bake until crust is browned and crisp, 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
  6. Makes one 10-inch pizza with 4-6 appetizer or kid's portions.
