Turkey Mushroom Quiche
| Ingredients |
| 1 9-Inch baked pie shell |
| 3/4 Cup COOKED TURKEY, chopped |
| 1/4 Cup canned sliced mushrooms, drained well |
| 1 Cup Cheddar cheese, grated |
| 2 Each green onions, thinly sliced |
| 4 Each eggs, slightly beaten |
| 1 Cup milk |
| Pinch cayenne pepper |
| Pinch freshly grated nutmeg |
| Pinch salt |
| |
- Arrange turkey in a baked pie shell. Top with mushrooms, cheese, and onions.
- In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
- Serve with a tossed salad and buttermilk biscuits, if desired.
