Mexican Crunchy Turkey Shells

Ingredients
1 Pound GROUND TURKEY
1 Package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
6 Hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 Pound no-salt-added tortilla chips, crushed
 
  1. Combine turkey and seasoning mix; divide into 6 equal portions.
  2. Shape meat mixture around eggs; roll in chips.
  3. Arrange eggs on 10-X 15-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. 25 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator.
  4. Serve with salsa, if desired.
