Mexican Crunchy Turkey Shells
| Ingredients |
| 1 Pound GROUND TURKEY |
| 1 Package (1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix |
| 6 Hard-cooked eggs, peeled |
| 1/4 Pound no-salt-added tortilla chips, crushed |
| |
- Combine turkey and seasoning mix; divide into 6 equal portions.
- Shape meat mixture around eggs; roll in chips.
- Arrange eggs on 10-X 15-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. 25 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator.
- Serve with salsa, if desired.
