Turkey Bacon and Vegetable Bread
| Ingredients |
| 1/2 Cup margarine, melted |
| 1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated |
| 3 Packages (10 ounces each) refrigerated flaky biscuits, quartered |
| Vegetable cooking spray |
| 12 Ounces TURKEY BACON*, cooked and crumbled (See Note) |
| 1/2 Cup chopped green pepper |
| 1/2 Cup chopped onion |
| |
- In small bowl combine margarine and cheese. Roll biscuit quarters in mixture.
- In bottom of bundt pan, sprayed with vegetable cooking spray, layer 1/3 of the biscuits. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the bacon, green pepper and onions. Repeat layers ending with layer of biscuits.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. or until bread is golden brown.
- * Note: FULLY COOKED TURKEY BACON, prepared according to package directions, may be substituted.
