Turkey Spaghetti Sauce
| Ingredients |
| 1 Pound LEAN GROUND TURKEY |
| 2 Cups chopped onion |
| 1 Teaspoon minced garlic |
| 1 Teaspoon Italian seasoning |
| 1 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
| 3 Cups prepared chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce |
| 8 Ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained according to package directions |
| 4 Sprigs fresh basil, for garnish |
| |
- In large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat, sauté turkey, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning and pepper 8 to 10 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink and onion is tender.
- Add spaghetti sauce to turkey mixture. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- To serve, arrange cooked spaghetti in individual bowls and ladle sauce over cooked pasta. Garnish with fresh basil.
