Turkey Pastrami Sandwich on Irish Soda Bread
| Ingredients |
| 1 Loaf (8-inch) Irish soda bread |
| 1 Bottle (8 ounces) Thousand Island dressing |
| 4 Cups prepared deli coleslaw, divided |
| 12 Ounces TURKEY PASTRAMI, thinly sliced |
| |
- Cut Irish soda bread in half lengthwise. On each half of bread, spread 1/3 cup dressing. Layer bottom of loaf with 1/3 of cole slaw and 1/2 of the pastrami. Repeat layering with 1/3 cole slaw, 1/3 cup dressing, remaining pastrami and remaining 1/3 cole slaw. Cover with top half of loaf. Wrap sandwich tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, cut sandwich into 4 wedges.
