Turkey Taco Burgers
| Ingredients |
| 1 Pound GROUND TURKEY, recommend blend of white/dark turkey or all dark |
| 1/4 Cup spicy taco sauce |
| 1/2 Teaspoon salt |
| 4 Slices reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese, (1 ounce each) |
| 4 Hamburger buns, split and toasted |
| 4 Tablespoons guacamole |
| |
- Remove grill rack from charcoal grill. Prepare grill for direct heat cooking method.
- In medium bowl combine turkey, taco sauce and salt. Shape into 4 burgers, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Spray cold grill rack with non-stick spray and position over hot coals. Grill turkey burgers, 4 inches from the heat, for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until 165 degrees F is reached on meat thermometer. Top each burger with a slice of cheese for the last minute of grilling time.
- To serve, place each turkey burger on bottom half of bun and top with a tablespoon of guacamole. Place top half of bun on burger.
