Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 Can (16 ounces) solid pack pumpkin
1 Can (12 ounces) evaporated skim milk
2 Large eggs
2/3 Cup sugar
2 Teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 9-inch diameter pie shell, unbaked
 
  1. In large bowl combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into pie shell.
  2. Bake in a preheated 425 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F and continue to bake another 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
