Pumpkin Pie
| Ingredients |
| 1 Can (16 ounces) solid pack pumpkin |
| 1 Can (12 ounces) evaporated skim milk |
| 2 Large eggs |
| 2/3 Cup sugar |
| 2 Teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
| 1 9-inch diameter pie shell, unbaked |
| |
- In large bowl combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in a preheated 425 degree F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees F and continue to bake another 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
