Ingredients
1 10" flour tortilla
1 ounce green chile paste, (see database for recipe)
3 ounces SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
1 ounce lettuce, shredded
2 ounces smoked Gouda, sliced
2 roasted red peppers, cut 1/2" thick
 
  1. Spread Green Chile Paste on 3/4 of tortilla, leaving uncovered portion on left side.
  2. Layer with turkey, lettuce, cheese, and red pepper strips.
  3. Fold up bottom about 2" and roll toward side without Green Chile Paste.
  4. Cut in half on the diagonal.
