Open-Faced Turkey Sandwich
| Ingredients |
| 4 slices crusty herb or white bread |
| 4 tablespoons cranberry orange relish, divided |
| 8-12 thin slices fully-cooked OVEN ROASTED TURKEY |
| 2-2/3 cups mashed potatoes, heated |
| 2 cups leftover turkey gravy, hot |
| |
- *Leftover cooked turkey or deli turkey may be used.
- **Fresh from the deli case, frozen or instant potatoes may be used.
- Place each bread slice on dinner plate and spread 1 tablespoon of relish on each slice.
- Top bread with 2 warm turkey slices, 2/3 cup hot mashed potatoes and 1/2 cup hot gravy.
