Mini Roasted Turkey Dinner Sliders
| Stuffing |
| 1-1/2 Quarts water, hot |
| 8 Ounces unsalted butter, cut into chunks |
| 1 (28-Ounce) bag cornbread stuffing mix with seasoning packet |

- Combine water, butter and seasoning packet from stuffing mix in a full-size hotel pan. Stir well until butter is melted. Stir in bread crumb mixture.
- Cover and bake in preheated 350 degree F conventional oven for about 25 minutes.

| 100 Soft yeast rolls, 2-1/2-inches, split and warmed |
| 6-1/4 Cups unsalted butter, melted |
| 6-1/4 Cups cranberry orange relish |
| 6-1/4 Pounds ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced |
| 100 Sandwich picks |
| 100 Sweet gherkin pickles, well drained |
| |
- To plate, brush split edges of two rolls with melted butter.
- Spread 1 tablespoon cranberry relish on bottom halves.
- Then top each with 1 ounce roasted turkey and 2 tablespoons prepared stuffing; close with tops of rolls.
- Secure each with a sandwich pick skewered with one pickle. Serve warm.
