| Salsa Dressing |
| 1 Ounce creamy ranch dressing |
| 1/2 Ounce thick hot salsa |

- Mix together ranch dressing and salsa.

| 1 (2-Ounce) sundried tomato flatbread |
| 1 to 2 Romaine lettuce leaves, washed, drained and chilled |
| 2 Tablespoons chopped tomatoes |
| 2 Tablespoons chopped mild pepper rings |
| 3 Ounces SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin |
| 2 Strips TURKEY BACON, cooked |
| 1 Slice Pepper Jack cheese |

- Spread dressing mixture over the entire flatbread.
- On bottom rounded end, place romaine and sprinkle with tomatoes and peppers.
- Layer with smoked turkey, bacon and Pepper Jack cheese.
- Roll up tightly and cut in half, on the diagonal.
