Salsa Dressing
1 Ounce creamy ranch dressing
1/2 Ounce thick hot salsa
 
  1. Mix together ranch dressing and salsa.
 
Assembly
1 (2-Ounce) sundried tomato flatbread
1 to 2 Romaine lettuce leaves, washed, drained and chilled
2 Tablespoons chopped tomatoes
2 Tablespoons chopped mild pepper rings
3 Ounces SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, sliced thin
2 Strips TURKEY BACON, cooked
1 Slice Pepper Jack cheese
 
  1. Spread dressing mixture over the entire flatbread.
  2. On bottom rounded end, place romaine and sprinkle with tomatoes and peppers.
  3. Layer with smoked turkey, bacon and Pepper Jack cheese.
  4. Roll up tightly and cut in half, on the diagonal.
