Swiss Turkey Burger
| 1 (5.33-Ounce) FROZEN TURKEY BURGER, grill flavored |
| 1-Ounce slice Swiss cheese |
| 1 Tablespoon thinly sliced fresh scallions |
| 1-Ounce thinly sliced fresh mushrooms, lightly sautéed |
| 1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard |
| 1 Kaiser roll, split and toasted |
| 1 Tablespoon sour cream |
| 1 to 2 leaves romaine lettuce, washed, drained and chilled |
| 2 Thin slices red ripe tomatoes |
| |
- Per order: place frozen turkey burger on lightly oiled, preheated grill/griddle. Cook 5 to 7 minutes per side, flipping at least twice. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Place 1-ounce slice Swiss cheese atop hot burger and allow cheese to melt. Add scallions and mushrooms.
- Spread mustard on bottom half of each roll.
- Place burger on roll and top with a generous dollop of sour cream.
- Serve lettuce and tomato on side as garnish or on Kaiser roll.
