Smoked Turkey and Blueberry Salad

1 Cup light mayonnaise
1 Cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 Cup orange marmalade
1 Tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 Pounds (6 medium) peaches, pit removed and cut in thin wedges
1 Quart fresh blueberries, washed and drained
1 Pound (about 4 cups) SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, cut in bite-size cubes
12 to 24 Boston lettuce leaves, washed, drained and chilled
 
  1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, marmalade, lemon juice and pepper.
  2. Add peach slices, blueberries and turkey. Fold ingredients until all surfaces are well coated.
  3. Serve on chilled lettuce leaves.
