California Wrap with Smoked Turkey
| Smoked Turkey Sandwich |
| 2 Tablespoons fresh homemade guacamole |
| 1 10-inch whole wheat flour tortilla, warmed |
| 3 Large eggs, scrambled |
| 2 Strips applewood bacon, diced, cooked and well drained |
| 3 Ounces HOUSE SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced |
| 2 Ounces white Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| |
- Spread guacamole inside tortilla. Add cooked eggs and bacon. Layer with turkey slices and Cheddar.
- Roll up tightly and cut on the diagonal.

| Baltimore Brunch Potatoes |
| 3 Ounces fresh potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
| As needed canola oil |
| As needed kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper |
| Dash Old Bay seasoning |
| |
- Parboil potatoes until just tender. Drain and reserve for service.
- Heat oil in a small skillet and sauté potatoes until hot throughout. Season with salt, pepper and Old Bay seasoning.

- Per order, plate hot sandwich and serve with hot Baltimore Brunch Potatoes.
