3 Cups whole cranberry sauce
1 Tablespoon horseradish
24 Slices sourdough bread
1-1/2 Pounds OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced
24 Slices (3/4-ounce each) American cheese
1 Cup unsalted butter, melted
 
  1. Combine cranberry sauce and horseradish in small bowl.
  2. Spread 1 side of each of 12 slices bread with 1/4-cup cranberry sauce mixture.
  3. To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, cranberry-side up, with 2 ounces sliced turkey, 2 slices cheese and second bread slice. Brush top and bottom with melted butter.
  4. Per order: Heat griddle on medium-high heat. Place sandwich on griddle and grill, turning once, until golden brown and cheese has melted.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit.
