Chuckwagon Turkey Sandwich
| 1-3/4 Quarts prepared barbecue sauce |
| 4-1/2 Pounds FULLY COOKED BONELESS TURKEY BREAST or TURKEY ROLL, thinly sliced |
| 24 sandwich buns, split and toasted |

- In a tilting skillet, set at 225-250 degrees F, heat barbecue sauce until hot and bubbly.
- Add sliced turkey to sauce. Cook 8 to 10 minutes until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
- Portion 4 ounces turkey mixture on each toasted bun. Serve hot.
