Teriyaki-Glazed Turkey Burger
| Honey Glaze |
| 1 Cup honey |
| 3/4 Cup lower-sodium soy sauce |
| 2 Tablespoons fresh ginger root, grated |
| 1 Tablespoon fresh garlic, minced |
| |
- Combine honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Stir until well blended. Cover and reserve.

| Turkey Burgers |
| 3 Pounds GROUND TURKEY |
| 1-1/2 Cups celery, finely chopped |
| 3/4 Cups green onions, thinly sliced |
| 12 hamburger buns, split and toasted |
| |
- In separate bowl, gently mix together turkey, celery and onions. Blend in 1/2 cup honey glaze mixture.
- Divide turkey mixture into 12 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
- Place patties on well-oiled grill rack, about 4-6 inches from the heat source. Brush generously with remaining honey glaze. Continue to grill until patties are cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Serve on toasted buns.
